• Book Early: To facilitate the timely delivery of your photos, kindly schedule your appointment in advance.

• Plan Ahead: While I welcome your creative ideas, please be aware that some concepts may require additional planning and preparation to ensure their successful execution.​

• Practice Posing: The more you practice your posing, the easier it will be for me to guide you, helping us create stunning final results!

Retainer Fee

•       A 50% retainer fee is required to secure your booking date and time. This fee also serves as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Booking Information

• When planning your session, it’s essential to determine the type of shoot that best fits your vision:

• In-Studio Shoot: Conducted in a controlled environment with a variety of backdrop options to choose from.

• On-Location Shoot: Held at a chosen indoor or outdoor location without the use of a studio backdrop (e.g., an Airbnb, a restaurant exterior, or a scenic outdoor setting).

• Kindly note that any session conducted outside of the studio will be classified as an on-location shoot.

Rescheduling Policy

•  Clients may reschedule their session with at least 72 hours' notice by following the instructions provided in their confirmation email.

•  Should I need to personally reschedule a session within 72 hours of your scheduled booking,  there will not be an additional fee.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations, regardless of the circumstances, will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee for all packages.

• Failure to attend your session without prior notice (no-show) will also result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee.

To retain the value of your deposit, please reschedule your session at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Preparation Guidelines

To ensure the best possible outcome for your session, we recommend the following:

• Practice Your Poses: Familiarize yourself with poses that enhance your confidence and suit your vision for the shoot.

• Plan Your Outfits: Try on all outfits in advance to confirm they fit well and align with the style of the session.

• Gather Props: Prepare and organize any props you'd like to include in your shoot ahead of time.

Thoughtful preparation helps create a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Props Policy

• Please note that I am not responsible for providing any props, fabrics, or accessories for shoots conducted. This includes, but is not limited to, balloons, cakes, confetti, fabrics, or clothing.

• Clients are encouraged to bring any props or fabrics they feel will enhance the session.

• For safety and cleanliness reasons, please refrain from using champagne, excessive bubbles, or any liquids that cannot be contained within an object or sealed within the studio space.

The Photo Session

• If you anticipate being late, please inform me as soon as possible. I will assess if we can adjust the session to accommodate the remaining time.

• While I do not charge a late fee, additional time requested will be billed accordingly.

• Please note, your session time begins at the scheduled start time, not when you arrive. For example, if your hour session is booked for 1:00 pm and you arrive at 1:15 pm, your session will only have 45 minutes remaining.

• Arriving at least 30 minutes before your session is recommended to allow for proper preparation.

• Friends and family are welcome to attend the session.
